Vaccines

Vaccines
Vaccines now days, we seem to let them have more of a psychological effect on us than we realize all the good that they can and have done for us. Vaccines have done a lot of good in preventing the spread of diseases and in the helping of reducing the physical and mental effect diseases has had on mankind. One of the first vaccine made was for smallpox in 1796 and vaccines continued to grow at a slow rate for a long time. But the more we learned about diseases, the human body, testing and how to grow the diseases, the better we came at finding cures. We also need to include diseases we get from animals (domesticated and wild) that can causes plagues and other health issues.
I believe that vaccines are good, but we have become too dependent on them to keep us heathy and safe. Our lifestyle in our social and health habits have changed and not for the better. I am not a big fan of the flu shots that people get, but I do support vaccines and other shots that help us stay healthy. I believe vaccine should be used when the public health is at risk, but not for some diseases like cancer. I believe that for us to be healthy, we need to accept some things.
1st, we need to get sick so our body can build natural antibodies that will fight the diseases we get. To do this, we need to understand that living to clean can hurt us. Living a little dirty and eating a little dirt will do us better than bad. By doing this, it will help our body to build and develop antibodies to help keep us healthy.
2nd, the way we grow food, process it and how we consume it sometimes is hurting us more than good. We will pop a pill to lose weight and then turn around and eat unhealthy food, then go and/or pig out. All of this is controlled by capitalism for profit and for stockholders, they win on both sides. The waste from these process foods is coming back to haunt us like the plastics, chemicals and packaging that are working their way back into the environment (planet) for us to consume and it is affecting our health and the health of our newborn.
3rd, I do believe that some of the world health issue we have is in part due to the traveling we all do, going from one country, then to another and back. All this does is help transfer/move the diseases and sickness around the world. Another thing that effects the world health is capitalism and the conflicts (wars) that create waste, destruction and pollution for us to live in, which include the health for all the other creatures on this planet.
Now I want to throw a wrench into this, and I am talking about education. Education and vaccines have the same effect on the body. I do believe that you can over vaccinate the body just like being over educated. Sometimes you have to learn somethings the hard way, like the school of hard knocks. Sometimes it is the only way to understand why things are done a certain way just like in nature “the survival of the fittest”. Just like when you get sick, you learn how to keep your body healthy by your lifestyle. Your body will learn how to build antibodies to protect you from getting sick, but you have to do your part in keeping it safe. We have become so dependent on vaccines and education to keep us healthy and strong, but forgot it is our responsibility to use these wisely and not be so dependent on them to bail us out when we fail.
Just for thought, the COVID that just caused chaos around the world was caused by several things. 1; governments and capitalism getting into biological research for defense and profits. 2; governments not informing each other when things go wrong. 3; people not trusting their government and the people working the government. 4; people not doing their part to help reduce the spread of the disease. The next time this happens, and it will, the outcome could be worse than it was this time.
The health care system in this country (CDC) was great, but now it does have issues. Too much politics has got involved in it and this includes capitalism too. Most Americans do not have a clue all the good it has done for us thru the years. Most people do not realize that the drinking glass design used in restaurants today are due to our health care system decades ago. Think about all the people way back in time that did not have what we have today. Look at all the health issues that people had to live with back then with no cure or fix. What about a broken bone, cancer, toothache, poor eyesight, food and more? We have it good today, but it is us that can make it better or can we. There are limits health care can do for us, because we are constantly changing the world in which we live in.
